  • Take nothing judgment obtained on behalf of a swimming pool construction firm which was sued for alleged improper construction and subsequent repairs to a swimming pool. After a three-day arbitration hearing, the arbitrator found in favor of our clients finding the Claimants failed to prove any defect with the manner repairs to a crack had been performed by the client.
